Getting started

What is Bunny Path?

Bunny Path is a parenting app owned and operated by Bunny Path LLC, with 21,000+ hand-crafted, off-screen play ideas for kids ages 0–12. You tell us your child's age and a few interests, and we surface activities you can do at home today, with stuff you already have.

It's designed for parents. Kids don't use the app directly. You pick something and play together (or hand them the prompt and supervise).

What ages is Bunny Path for?

Bunny Path covers ages 0 through 12, split across nine age bands so each activity is matched to a developmental stage:

  • Under 1 (0–12 mo) · Babies
  • 1–2 · Toddler
  • 2–3 · Explorer
  • 3–4 · Builder
  • 4–5 · Creator
  • 5–6 · Thinker
  • 7–8 · Maker
  • 9–10 · Adventurer
  • 11–12 · Strategist

You can change your child's age band any time in Settings → Profile, and the activity feed will re-tune.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, a free account is required so your saved activities, child profiles, and subscription state can sync across devices and survive a re-install.

You can sign up with Apple, Google, or email. We never ask for a child's last name, school, address, or photo.

How does Bunny Path pick activities for me?

Each reveal shows you 4 fresh activities: three tailored to your child's age and the focus areas you chose during onboarding (creative, active, discovery, calm, etc.), plus a brain game, a riddle, logic puzzle, or pattern challenge to stretch their thinking. Tap Load More for another batch of 4.

Free accounts get 12 activities per day: your first 4, plus 2 more rounds of 4 from Load More. Premium removes the cap entirely, so you can load as many fresh sets as you want.

Premium also unlocks deeper discovery. Tap any tag, material, or benefit on an activity card to find more activities like it. For example, tap the “fine motor” benefit and you’ll see every activity that builds the same skill. You can also search by activity type, by keywords in the description, by materials you already have at home, or by the developmental benefit you want to work on.

Subscription & billing

How much does Bunny Path cost?

Bunny Path is free to download with a generous free tier. Bunny Path Premium unlocks the full 21,000+ activity library and removes daily limits.

Premium pricing is shown in your local currency before you confirm, in the in-app paywall or on the web checkout page. The price you see at checkout is the price you'll be charged. Taxes (where applicable) are added by Apple or Google on an in-app purchase, and by us on a web purchase.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first Bunny Path account gets 7 days of Premium, free, the moment you sign up. No credit card required — we never ask for a payment method to start it.

Because there is no card on file, the trial cannot turn into a charge. There is nothing to cancel: when the 7 days are up your account simply moves to the free tier, and you subscribe only if you decide to.

The free week is one per person, not one per account. If you sign up again later with the same email address, the new account works normally and is free to use, it just starts on the free tier rather than in a trial. Signing back in to your original account brings back everything you saved.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It depends on where you subscribed.

Subscribed on the web (app.bunnypath.com)? We bill that one directly, so you cancel it with us: open Settings → Your Plan → Manage Subscription. That opens your billing page, where you can cancel, update your card, and download past invoices. Apple and Google have no record of a web subscription and cannot cancel it.

Subscribed inside the app? Apple or Google manages that one, and you cancel it there:

iPhone / iPad:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Bunny Path, then Cancel Subscription.

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Bunny Path, then Cancel subscription.

You'll keep Premium access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn't issue an immediate refund.

I was charged after cancelling, what happened?

Subscriptions auto-renew until the cancellation is confirmed before the renewal date, by Apple or Google for an in-app purchase and by us for a web one. The most common cause of a surprise charge is that the cancellation was started but not completed, or it was completed after the renewal had already processed.

If you subscribed on the web, we took the payment and we can refund it: email hello@bunnypath.com from the address on your account.

If you subscribed inside the app, Apple or Google processed the payment, so the refund has to come from the store:

  • Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Bunny Path charge, choose Request a refund.
  • Google: Open Play Store → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → tap the charge → Report an issue.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in to Bunny Path on the new device using the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe, then open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Your Premium status will sync within a few seconds.

A store subscription is tied to the store account that paid, not to your Bunny Path login, so make sure you're signed into the right Apple ID / Play account on the device.

A web subscription needs no restoring: it is tied to your Bunny Path account, so it follows you to any device the moment you sign in.

Activities & content

Why don't you have activities for older kids (13+)?

Bunny Path is purpose-built for ages 0–12, that's where parent-friendly play prompts have the highest impact and where our content review process is tuned to. Activities for teenagers need a very different content model (autonomy, friend dynamics, screen-balance) that we don't want to fake.

If you want ideas for an older sibling, the 11–12 band stretches reasonably well, and many activities scale up with materials and complexity.

Are the activities safe?

Every activity is written and reviewed by our team before it's added to the catalog. Each one is tagged with an age band and screened against safety rules, including a hard filter for choking, sharp-tool, burn, and toxic-substance hazards relative to the child's age. Materials shown on each activity card are checked for age appropriateness.

That said, no rule replaces a parent in the room. Always supervise your child during play, use your judgment about your specific child's abilities, and skip anything that doesn't feel right. If you spot an activity you think is unsafe for the listed age, tap the report icon on the activity card — we re-review every report.

Can I save my favorites?

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any activity to save it — your saved list lives in Profile → Saved and syncs across devices when you're signed in.

Free accounts can save 3 activities in total, and Premium accounts get unlimited saves. Your saved list stays put either way; upgrade anytime to keep building it.

I disagreed with an activity. How do I report it?

Open the activity, tap the ••• menu in the top-right, and choose Report. Tell us what felt off, wrong age, unsafe materials, unclear steps, anything. The report includes the activity ID automatically so we can find it instantly, and we re-review every report.

How do you know these activities are actually good for my child?

Every Bunny Path activity is tagged with the specific developmental benefits it supports, and those benefits aren't guesswork. We built our entire benefit system from a rigorous framework of hundreds of distinct skills across 11 developmental domains, from movement and cognition to language, social-emotional growth, creativity, real-world knowledge, and practical life, drawing on the frameworks child-development specialists and educators rely on.

That includes things like the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, the five pillars of reading, the CASEL framework for social-emotional learning, fundamental movement skills and physical literacy, next-generation science practices, and widely-recognized models of cognitive and creative development (such as Piaget, Vygotsky, and Bloom's Taxonomy). So when we say an activity builds fine-motor strength or cooperative play, you can see exactly which skill it targets.

Bunny Path supports healthy development through play; it isn't a medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic tool, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations behind those frameworks.

Privacy & data

What data does Bunny Path collect?

The minimum we need to run the app: your account email, the optional first name / age band you enter for each child, your activity preferences, and standard usage and crash data. We don't ask for last names, school names, addresses, photos, voice recordings, or precise location.

Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm to begin a 30-day recovery period. Your account is marked for deletion and you are signed out. During those 30 days, contact privacy@bunnypath.com from your account email if you want to recover it. Permanent deletion begins after the recovery period.

After permanent deletion, your account and child profiles cannot be restored. Backups and limited records retained for legal or other documented purposes follow the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel any active subscription first if you don't want it to renew: through the App Store or Play Store if you subscribed in the app, or in Settings → Your Plan → Manage Subscription if you subscribed on the web.

One thing is kept on purpose: a one-way hash of your email address, so the free welcome week stays one per person and deleting an account isn't a way to reset it. It's a hash, not your address, but we still treat it as personal data and will erase it if you ask at privacy@bunnypath.com. The full list is in how long we keep your data.

Does Bunny Path show ads?

No. Bunny Path contains no advertising, on the free tier or any other tier, and the app includes no advertising software.

We never share child-related data with anyone for advertising or profiling.

For the full breakdown, see the Privacy Policy.

Technical issues

The app crashes on launch. What do I do?

Try these in order:

  1. Force-quit and reopen. Swipe Bunny Path out of the app switcher, then tap the icon again.
  2. Restart the device. Clears any stuck background state.
  3. Update the app. Check the App Store / Play Store for a newer build.
  4. Reinstall. Delete the app and download it again. Your account, saves, and subscription will restore once you sign back in.

If it still crashes after a reinstall, the App Store or Play Store may have a newer build with the fix. Otherwise, leave us a review noting your device model (e.g. iPhone 14, Pixel 8) and OS version (e.g. iOS 17.4, Android 14) so we can spot the cause.

I'm not getting daily reminders.

Most reminder issues are a notification-permission setting. Check, in this order:

  • Inside Bunny Path: Settings → Notifications. Make sure the daily reminder is on and set to a time you're awake for.
  • iOS: Phone Settings → Notifications → Bunny Path, allow notifications, banners, and sounds.
  • Android: Phone Settings → Apps → Bunny Path → Notifications. Allow notifications and disable battery-saver / Doze restrictions for the app.
  • Focus / Do Not Disturb: If the reminder time falls inside a Focus mode, the notification can get silently filtered. Add Bunny Path to the allowed apps for that mode.
Activities aren't loading.

Activities are fetched from our servers, so a connection issue is the usual culprit:

  1. Check that your device has internet (try opening a website in your browser).
  2. Pull-to-refresh on the home or library screen.
  3. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
  4. Sign out (Settings → Account → Sign out) and sign back in.

If activities are still blank after that, try a different network (switch from Wi-Fi to cellular, or vice versa). Some restrictive networks (school, corporate, hotel Wi-Fi) block the API endpoints the app needs.
