Bunny Path LLC operates an internal publishing tool for authorized adult staff to manage Bunny Path's own Pinterest account. This tool is separate from the Bunny Path app used by parents.
Who this notice covers
This notice covers the internal Pinterest publishing connection. Customers do not connect their Pinterest accounts to this tool. It does not send Bunny Path customer account information or children's profile information to Pinterest.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information from people who use the Bunny Path app and website. The customer cloud-storage and security descriptions in that policy do not describe the publisher's local credential files.
Information used for publishing
With account authorization, the tool accesses the account identity, boards and Pins needed to publish and verify approved Bunny Path content. It sends Pinterest approved images or videos, titles, descriptions, alternative text and destination links. The tool can create boards or board sections to organize our content.
Local publication records include the identifiers and status of our Pins and uploads, together with content fingerprints used to verify our posts and prevent duplicate publishing. Requests concerning these records can be sent to privacy@bunnypath.com.
Pinterest handles information and content on its platform under its own Privacy Policy. This internal publishing connection does not give Pinterest access to customer profiles in the Bunny Path app.
Authorization and credential handling
Pinterest handles account sign-in and permission approval. Our tool uses OAuth access and refresh tokens instead of collecting Pinterest passwords. The tokens are stored in restricted local files for use by authorized staff and are not included in public source code or publishing output.
We use those credentials to carry out approved publishing actions and verify the resulting Pins. Authorizing the connection does not automatically publish content.
Disconnection and privacy requests
The account owner can manage connected applications through Pinterest's account settings. To request disconnection, deletion of locally held credentials or information about publisher records, contact privacy@bunnypath.com.
Disconnecting the tool does not itself remove Pins already published on Pinterest. Contact us separately if your request concerns published content.
